Yes, I have the same problem with my sense 2.

First the strap give me rash and ich and now the back of the watch.

Previously I had Versa 1 and I did not have any problem, but unfortunately it seems that Sense 2 is not a really upgrade.

I've been getting a rash, I think it might be contact dermatitis, on both the upper and underside of my wrist. The bigger where the sensor connects with my skin, and the smaller where watch strap binds together.

I noticed the problem started when I got a new sports band for the watch. So I'm switching back to the original one my versa 3 came with.

My question is, is there a film/protective screen that can be purchased for the UNDER side of my versa 3 fitbit? Again, on the SENSOR side. I'm not interested in the touchscreen films. I've seen plenty of those.

Thanks.

@Starzen , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Our team confirmed me that you already contacted them. You will receive an email soon with more information.
Keep working with them to avoid any confusion.

To your question: We do not recommend to use any film or anything around the watch as this might cause that some features might not work as design.

As soon as I put my device on its charger no matter if it's factory or not, it overheats within seconds and won't charge. I miss wearing it and I'm not ready to not have it anymore, very sad.

@macattack45   Please stop trying to charge it.  You have a battery charging fault.  Please contact Support if your Versa 4 is still under warranty.  Otherwise, dispose of it as e-waste.

After weeks of the disruptive update from Fitbit on my Versa 3, I updated it today and not only did my Fitbit start overheating, it shut down and stopped working. Dear google simply say you want to relive Fitbit from the market and phase it out instead of infecting our watches with this virus disguised as a firmware update. I have used Fitbit since 2018 but no more, I will go and buy a Samsung smart watch. I hate being bullied by a big company like Google to purchase their own products.

I got an email saying l needed to install an update to my firmware to stop the wretched thing exploding on me. I followed the instructions but no update was available. How am l supposed to know if l already have this update or not? I did do an update recently.

This is the second time l've been warned my fitbit might explode into flames at any time.

So I've been a lifelong Fitbit user and I've NEVER had issues with them smelling. I used to wear them constantly unless they were charging but I just got the charge 6 a few months ago and IT STINKS! I no longer wear my Fitbit to bed, I clean it daily with rubbing alcohol, sometimes a few times a day, and changed the strap. The strap doesn't smell at all but the actual fitbit never stops getting smelly. Even when it's been cleaned and just sitting on the table without being worn. I don't know what to do.

All of a sudden my versa 3 has burnt my wrist while wearing it. The battery must be too hot. I have burns on both my wrist now because I switched from one arm to my other arm. I will no longer be able to wear the device. I would like to be compensated or sent a new Fitbit device that will not burn my skin. Angel

Reported in March of 2024 that my Versa 3 was overheating and giving a warning when attempting to charge to stop charging. Case #52217106, provided all data and pictures as requested and got no results just more delays in communication. After a couple of weeks I gave up and put the Versa away. Now I get an email February 2025 to do an update to address the overheating problem. Did the download and installation the Batter did get warm not as hot as previously reported. After the charge said 100% removed and started wearing my Versa 3 .The battery only lasted 1 hour at best . Tried charging again until 100% immediatly after removing from charger it went to 67% and then 10% in less than 1 hour. Now its back in storage and not useful.

Hello!

With the original wristband i get like blisters and it becomes very red on the inside of my wrist. So i decided to get a different wristband.  But when i pull it a little bit it comes of. Is there somewhere where you can buy original fitbit wristbands who will stay put on the watch? Or has anyone know a place where they sell wristbands who stay put? Thanks a lot!
