Hi @Epthompson54 - if you get 0% when placing on charge the watch may have a fault. This can happen if the watch got wet inside for instance.
Place on charge and if the watch gets hot stop immediately.
After some time if the watch is fine it may start by itself but sometimes it's necessary to hold the button for 2 seconds or even 10 seconds to get it to start.
If the watch is not charging properly look at the instructions here. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi there, @Epthompson54. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for the image attached. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
Have you tried what @Guy_ suggested?
Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 3 once again. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
If the above doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
