I performed an update on my Ipad (unrelated to my Versa) and my Versa Lite went crazy. The screen started pixelating, and I couldn't do anything with it. Now the Fitbit will do nothing. The only thing that will come up on it is 0% battery, although I have fully charged it. When I try to sync it to the Fitbit App the app can't find the Fitbit. Any suggestions?

Best AnswerI bought Fitbit versa lite and it's one of the worst smart watch I have ever seen. Nothing works in it. It will switch on. If we somehow switch it on...it will not connect with mobile. If we connect to the mobile(Fitbit app) , it will not sync the data. Also it will not provide any notifications. It's one of the worst smart watch( Fitbit versa lite). I don't recommend it to any one.

Best AnswerMy fit bit has not worked for over a week, I charge it to 100 percent and try updating, says my battery is dead, deleted and try to re sync fit bit over night still not finished updating now 6 days in a row, I bought this as a Christmas present for myself, so upset, this was a splurge for me and I can't even use it
This is what mine is doing too, I can't get any answers. Started a week ago, I have deleted it and reinstalled it, no lunch, keeps saying battery is dead, charging over night, very frustrating, can't seem to find any help

Best AnswerMy screen is black, I bought it on January, it worked all good. Battery was 98%. I did back button resetting, clock face changing nothing worked
Best AnswerI have a Versa Lite. I am having all the same types of problems. Mine is nearly 10 months old. It quit syncing. Then I can't connect to it and now it is off/on, dead battery, no function. Says reset failed. Won't respond to anything now. It went bonkers before I did the update. Planned obsolescence? Its still under warranty, right?

Best AnswerMy versa lite won’t turn on or sync. My app just keeps saying it’s looking for the device I have tried everything you have suggested and it will still not work. This is frustrating I use my Fitbit all the time to see notifications for work and now I can’t. What am I supposed to do?
Mine is flashing the Fitbit logo but nothing else. I tried turning it off but it doesn’t work. It started at 7am this morning after syncing.
