Versa blank screen

So angry and frustrated. My Versa (less than a month old) has died this morning, nothing, nada, zero, blank screen. It won't charge up it won't do anything. It was fine yesterday with a full charge not this morning nothing and I lost a whole work out!

I got my Versa 3 months ago and am replacing it for the second time. They will not give me a refund or a different product. My only option is another Versa. My advice is stay away from the Versa. If Fitbit was a decent company they would recall the Versa and replace it with something that works. Instead I will just keep getting it replaced as long as they keep breaking. Very frustrating. I’m very disappointed with this company

My 2 month old Versa screen will not go on. Was skipping before it went blank and battery according to my fitbit app is fully charged.

This is my second Versa (first one had battery issues).  Replaced by BestBuy.  This morning the screen died.  I can still feel it vibrating but resetting using the buttons it does nothing.  Tried also to charge it up/change faces etc, all to no effect.

Just took it to BestBuy to replace it again and they did, but they said that Fitbit no longer allows the BestBuy extended warranty on this fitbit.  Probably too many issues.  I have my new replacement, but Im out of luck if anything else happens to it.

The same thing has happened to me. Hard reset is not working. Fitbit was working fine and today the screen went black and wont come back on. It was at full charge this morning so that is not the issue. Please help

Call there customer service the will walk you through a few steps if that don’t work.
They will send you a replacement Versa.
They were very good

I felt lost without mine

Yeah I agree. All these posts about Versas suddenly dying should be something that Fitbit look into as a priority. It’s concerning that such a new product is having so many issues. I contacted customer support and although ‘supportive’ and ‘understanding’; the returns process is too long with a lot of unnecessary steps. I have got my replacement versa finally and all seems well. I just can’t help the fact that my confidence in Fitbit has been shaken by this product (I’ve had many other older Fitbit products with no issues at all). Fitbit should take care; if Apple releases a watch with 2+ battery life, I think they will lose a lot of their customers.

ive Tried the factory reset numerous times but still nothing happening!

contact customer support. They were super helpful and I received my replacement Fitbit in just a few days!!

I have gone through the process of getting a new tracker but I’m just frustrated as this is my third one since May! I’m hoping this is third time lucky or I’ll be asking for a refund.

Oh no!! That makes me nervous, then. They definitely need to figure out what the glitch is so those of us who ordered them right after release aren't getting penalized.

You just have to call them and send it in ..I got my replacement and it isn’t work correctly.. they have had a lot of issues with this Fitbit but no recall on them they just keep replacing them with a different one that still doesn’t work.. good luck on yours. I hope they fix it for you

Hi Danna. Thank you for your message. Yes it’s very frustrating and when I asked them why they weren’t recalling them, I just got a very generic response “we are very sorry you’ve been experiencing problems with your device, but this is why we offer customer support so we can try to resolve any issues” this is my third watch since May so if it goes again I’ll be asking for a refund!

You are so welcome.. they won’t give me a refund because it was over 45 days .. went round and round with them on that .. the way they are handling this is so unprofessional.. I hope you get this resolved soon I do miss my Fitbit.. but I replaced it with the Apple Watch .. I am sure they will delete this post because I said the Apple word 😂 but it was worth buying it ..

I've had this versa Fitbit for a day went to set it up and it wouldn't sync to my phone so I tried a factory reset like it said to do and now I have a blank screen. I put it in the cradle charger and it will eventually show the Fitbit logo but doesn't seem to be charging or at least the charging light is not on please can someone help?
