A warm welcome to the Community @deannanicole76 and @WendyB thanks for the input.
I was able to see here that our friend @WendyB provided some instructions in order to fix this screen issue. Was this the answer you were looking for? If it was, I recommend marking the answer given as a solution. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.
Now if your inquiry/issue wasn’t resolved, let me know and I will be glad to help you out.

Hey guys, thanks for your participation in the Community and for troubleshooting this display issue by yourselves.
@Laurenpr, upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, just keep an eye on your inbox for further assistance.
@Medeous, have you tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know how it goes.
Best AnswerI've done the 3 button reset a few times. It will seem to go away and then returns with the vertical lines five minutes later. I did a factory reset and went through setting it up all over. It came back. Not sure what else to do at this point.
Best AnswerThis is my second one that has done this 😒 They are also sending me a new one:) The customer service has been great.
