Hi. How long did it take to get to the resolve for the replacement. The support team has gone quiet on me. I bought mine Aug/ Sep 2019 and the sensor is now fully dead.

It took two weeks of consistent posts. Once they opened a case I got an
email from the support team.

Yes, theres an exorbitant amount of troubleshooting steps you'll have to go
through but it works.

I've been through two Versas in 19 months.  First time, it was replaced under warranty.  This time, the replacement has stopped working...sensors not working so no heart rate or sleep information.  Extremely disappointed with the quality of your product.  I cannot believe that a 25%discount is considered an acceptable option.

@ddubois1970

After three defective Versas, I am a happy new owner of an Apple Watch.

I'm having this same problem. I've tried all the things but nothing is working. Yes I have the -- instead of a heart rate.

I'm looking at all options, but I am probably going to replace mine with a samsung device.  The quality just isn't there with the fitbit,  and they will not recognize this and stand behind their product.

I’m having problems with my sensor lights on the back of my watch as well.  However, the only one that is working is the green one (the second from the left).  Do you know how I can get the others back to working again?  It’s so frustrating, I’ve tried everything y’all have mentioned on here.  Thanks.

Sorry no. Mine since doesn’t work.
Guess I’ll get another one but not the same brand. Good luck!

Thanks I'll check when my husband bought it. I need a new Fitbit. It stopped keeping a charge, the heart rate doesn't work anymore and I too have tried everything. I see that this is a common issue. Sad because I liked my Fitbit.

Yes, I've had two that quit working,  all within a 19 month period.  I am also disappointed.  Won't buy another one.

Hi, my heart rate hasn’t been recording for the last couple of days. I’ve tried charging, restarting, shutting down and re-syncing. It’s still not working and no LED lights are flashing at all.
anything else I can try?
thanks, amy.
