My fitbit Versa has been a 24 hour clock for nearly 2 years. After the last update it is stuck on a 12 hour clock and the only solution you guys have which is log into the dashboard on the website and selecting 24 hours isn't working as it is already selected. I've tried selecting 12 hour and submitting then changing it back 24 hours. Which isn't working.

Everything is up to date. My phone is a Samsung A5 (2017) and my tablet is a S6.
I haven't tried hard resetting my watch but I can use my tablet so it isn't all lost. Thank you tho. I'll do a hard reset if it stops altogether
