Is anyone elses Versa not keeping time? It wont sync either.

When it finally does the time will be correct for about 1 minute then the time is off again.

@GrammyCath well I have been in touch with support. Shocker they told me to do all the reset, close out, uninstall reinstall processes. This time now my versa wont even pair via bluetooth, so it shows that I dont even have a Versa. I sent support a video of how slow my versa was working and its been dead air ever since. Im not surprised at this point. Have you had any luck?

I'll just say a big HELL NO! I did all that crap many times and reached the
conclusion that Fitbit decided to force us to buy their next model. I'll
just have to look at the other brands.

Keep me posted

Hi there! After doing everything Support had instructed me to do and one month of emails back and forth, I was surprised when Support advised it would issue a replacement Versa.  I have just received a replacement. It’s less than a week, but fingers crossed.....

I would recommend that you keep in touch with Support, it’s a long drawn out process though so patience is required.

Once this watch fails, I won’t be buying another Fitbit.

@ MikeVi, yea thats just not going to happen. This one is in perfect condition. I have owned it a little over a year. It shouldnt be acting like this. If thats what they want me to do, I will go elsewhere. I hate that you had the same problem as so many of us.

@GrammyCath  Thank you! I hope I get the same result. I just want my watch back! Its been dead air for almost 7 days now. I think I will send another email and see if I can get in contact again. Good to know you were able to get some help. I will be patient (or really try to, its been since March!)

Thanks!

It's just a pain in the **ahem**. My doctors wanted to track my health and now I
need to get something else! I would be curious to find out how prevalent
this problem is. If you find something comparable let us know.

@MikeVi my company gives health discounts if we pair a tracker to their programs. Unfortunately at the moment, the only one they can pair with is fitbit. I am looking for a work around, to where maybe through other apps, I can get the information to fitbit so my company can track it.

Other than the apple watch, I havent found one that compares. And since I dont and wont use an apple phone, I dont need an apple watch. I have heard good things about the samsung actives, but I havent had much time to do some research. Once I do, I will let you know. I do hope in the mean time, I can get this resolved with fitbit. I love my Versa and its still in perfect condition. Ill keep you posted. Let me know if you find out anything as well!

@MikeVi I have done some research and decided on the Samsung Active series. So far its been great to work with my Samsung phone. I have had it about 4 days now and its wonderful!

@GrammyCath I am still working with Customer Service on my Versa, but its not looking good for me. I needed my watch for work. Ill keep you posted if I get any other results.

Thanks yall for the information!
