Versa not receiving (only) text messages Android.

Hey y'all, my versa is not getting text message notifications, I get all of my other notifications I have set up. I have tried unpairing, hard resets on my phone and versa, and set the versa back to factory. I have a Moto Z Play operating on Oreo. 

Everything was fine until the newest firmware update. I have been trouble shooting this for over a week and nothing has fixed this.

My issue was simply fixed by adjusting the settings of the Fitbit app itself. Below is the article that helped me come to this conclusion. I have not had any issues for several weeks since my last post. Hope this helps!! 🙂

I have a note 10+ with the same problem! When my phone updated the text quit working. I  called and did everything they told me, still nothing so now I am trying to do the things you guys have tried! Hope it fixes it!

Keep us posted. I'm using Textra at the moment and it's working fine.
