I got my new Versa yesterday and it only counted 96 steps for the day. I am constantly walking and I know I walk about 6 to 7 thousand during my time at work. Today only 23 steps are counted and it takes more in an that just OP get to my car. Can someone please explain what's happening?

I am having issues with my fitbit versa not counting my steps correctly for a few months now.  Its usually counting about half of what I'm actually doing.  I've restarted it multiple times and it'll fix itself for a couple days and then go back to miscounting.  help!

My versa 2 counted 24 steps and then stopped altogether. I have tried restarting it, changing clock face multiple times and have even reset the watch to factory settings with no avail. I need help as this watch is very expensive and not even 2 weeks old

My watch is not counting steps, I have tried all of the methods, restarting, changing clock face, setting the watch up again, deleting the app, upgrading the app and watch firmware to no avail. Please help me with this

I shut it down. Then rebooted and changed the watch face. It’s worked great ever since. Plus make sure it’s sinced with your phone.

I have no idea what part you're talking about. I think if you go into your
app, you can go to a tutorial.

I reset my device as per your advice, and it's still not counting my steps. In fact it's sometimes subtracting steps.

Any help?

Just my luck. My warranty ended this past December and was working fine until now. 2 months later and it does not count my steps properly. Grrrr.

Called customer service. Told them I did a factory reset and restarted. Asked me to do a step accuracy test, told them I went to the gym the past 2 days and doesn't work. Had me do it anyway and that was it. Offered me a discount on another fitbit. Dont plan on buying it if this is a glitch that'll happen after I hit my warranty.

I have a Fitbit lite and it’s not keeping up with my steps. The first couple of days it did and now it’s not. I shut it down and started it back up but nothing. I turned off Bluetooth and back on. Nothing! Please help. I got this not even a week ago
