Versa not syncing with Fitbit App

I have tried to restart, reinstall, force quit and and eventually delinked my watched from my app and now I can't manage to add it back. When it searches for my watch, it just doesn't find anything. Bluetooth is on, no other devices linked. Please help!

@Giselle7, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat, as @SunsetRunner advised. I'm glad to hear that they provided a solution and you will be back on track soon.

I got in touch with our Customer Service department and they told me that they sent you an email with some instructions. Please try the steps that they provided and reply to their email in case the issue persists. They will be happy to assist you and follow up accordingly.
