Hi there. I have been having problems with my Versa for the last 3 weeks. I thought I had solved it- by following advice on here, but now my Versa is stuck on the 'Source screen' and none of the buttons work so I can't do a factory reset or get it back to the time screen.

What should I do next?

thanks for helping me. Naomi

My watch and phone were in proximity, but the watch was not in the charger. (Being in the charger covers up the "reset holes")

I am having the same problem with my versa. I was not successful with the reset button on the back. You would think Fitbit would have a solution to this issue since so many of us are having the same problem. They did have a solution foe me...buy a new watch. Looks like a will have to but it will not be a Fitbit...what a disappointment.

Yes that was what they also said to me.I would try the reset again, maybe
hold in for longer. The hard reset worked on mine...maybe I just got lucky.I
certainly wasn't impressed with the options they gave me...(which was buy a
new one they would give me 30% off or something.
Good Luck

Hi,
If you look on the back of your watch there is a small hole in the bottom
left on the edge near the strap.Use paper clip do a hard reboot have near
your phone when doing this.Hold for count of 5-10 seconds.Hopefully will
reset itself.
Good luck!

Try to turn on notifications from your phone and have a missed call or SMS to ur phone.
From that screen swipe down from the top where it is showing a small horizontal bar at the top
Now click on quick settings.
Source screen is coming from pressing music icon during that swipe down menu
It shows three options from swipe down
Music wallet and quick settings.
Mine worked from it

This does seem to be a more common fault than you suggest

Let the battery run out. One you charge it back it should go back to normal. I hope it works.

I've had the source screen problem find a suggestion from a similar problem below are instructions:

• Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. Turnoff source screen. Turn phone off for 2 minutes. Steup your Versa 2 again.
