Versa synching issues and clock face error

Please help.. my versa won't sync and I keep getting clock face error messages. I don't know what more I can do to get it to work

Hi @Bubbaluv3 . Welcome to the forums. I would suggest your open your Fitbit app and select another clock face. It sounds like your current one is having a problem. Select one of the clock faces designed by Fitbit. Then try to sync. Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

I tried that carol ...i managed to chat to someone today and they are sending me a replacement one out as everything he suggested didnt work , thank you carol
