Versa unresponsive

My 7 month old Versa vibrates but screen and back red and green lights are off. Counts my steps according to App but screen is blank. I also got red bumps which are itchy on my wrist from where the watch straps on. I have tried restarting by draining the battery, also tried holding 3 buttons  for 15 seconds. Not even logo comes on.

 

Disheartening

I really liked the swim tracking. I may try a Garmin next.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Versa. If you haven't tried please restart your device and if possible try changing the clock face. If the issue persist please let our Support team know so they can further assist you.

The device is completely off so there is no way to restart or change the clock face. Thanks though.

Thank you! I already spoke to support, unfortunately, the warranty has already passed so there is nothing I can do at this point other than buying a new one. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem.  My Versa stopped holding a charge and now it will not turn on.  I tried resetting by holding the buttons and nothing.  Also during Zumba I noticed the burned calorie count was off.

It was turned off every time an alarm went off as the unresponsive screen prevented dismissal of alarm. I tried changing the clock face. I can't tell if it worked or not as screen is still blank. I would imagine that the warrenty is over if it was not renewed with the replacement. I don't know that I want to spend that much more money on something that has failed twice.

I factory reset my Versa and now it’s unresponsive. It doesn’t seem like it’s charging. I brought this Fitbit last November. Not even year old.
