Versa won't receive notifications

Since the update a couple weeks ago I know longer get text or email notifications on my Versa. I have checked notifications and these options are no longer available. Is this going to be fixed or am I missing something?

They should be availible? Are you looking at the app of the tracker?

What phone do you have?

You mention update., but no mention of what got updated.

My Fitbit Versa updated about 2 weeks ago. I have a Samsung Note 9. I found
the notifications in the Fitbit App and they are still marked for
notification. The only notifications I receive are calls.

Have you restarted the phone and maybe the Versa?

Logged out/in on the fitbit app? When doing this the app will request permissions.

I'm assuming that the Versa has been checked to see if notifications or on.

So, I reset my watch to factory settings. Dont delete the app or reset it.
After setting up my watch again, installing the update, again and following
every prompt for shortcuts and things my watch is fixed. After installing
the update where you swipe down to view messages it changes it to music. I
accidentally found it today with the reset. It was the only thing I hadn't
done and as much as we pay for them they should work.
