Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

They replaced it with a versa...I'm still looking at other options.
Definitely different brands

The same thing happened to me. I put my watch on charging at night and next day morning, the device was warm and screen was dark. I tried to restart, cleaned the back of the watch but nothing worked. It was 5 days before my warranty expires. I was busy and couldn't reached out to Customer care earlier. I reached to them 20 days after this issue. By then, my warranty expired and they didn't offer me any replacement. They did offer me 50% discount on selected products but I don't want to spend another $100-150 to get a new watch. I wish they had some service center where they could repair it. I'll have to depart from my fitbit Versa and I would no longer be using any fitbit products.

I don't blame you. If they wouldn't have replaced mine I would have fight
it until they gave me one.

I’ve had the same issue. I followed all of the instructions to turn off (2 buttons) as well as reset (all 3 buttons) and my Versa is still unresponsive. Anything else I can try?

I am lost without my Versa.

Background: I charged it two days ago. I took it off the charger and it was very hot and unresponsive- black screen, no lights on back. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot since then but haven’t had any luck.

The thing is after you'll still get issues.

I got a new one and now none of the side buttons work.

Bin it, ask for a refund

Welcome to the issues that everyone else has had. If you have the black
screen then it's dead. Nothing you do will make it work.

The only suggestion I have is call the 800 and talk to a manager. The more
complaints they have eventually they will have to do something. You may or
may not receive an replacement.

Just remember the versa is a materialistic item. You don't need it to live
your life. Do research to find another brand.

I won't either. Fitbit knows this is a money making product. Once their
sales go down maybe they will finally realize they need to fix the problem

I am sad to say that I am having the same issue. Yesterday the screen went black, so when I went home I charged it over night and tried to turn it on this morning. I had no luck and the screen is still black. I looked on the forum and a solution was to hold down all the buttons for three minutes... No luck. I am very upset after reading all comments of no solutions or help. I love my versa and hope someone can help me.

Yup. Same issue. I had my Fitbit replaced twice already. This is my third one and it has died on me. I think I’m giving up and switching to Apple Watch. Sigh.

Thanks for the reply, sad to hear it happened to you so many times. I hope
the Apple watch works out great for you, but we are Android users so that
isn't an option ☹️.

Unfortunately your Fitbit will no longer work...it's dead. The only
suggestion I have is call the 800 and see if they'll give you and
replacement. The more complaints they have eventually they'll have to do
something.

In the meantime, research other brands.

Anyone else notice the moderators and lordsnooty have abandoned this chain. They can't even pretend anymore.

Yes...we just want what we paid for...if the product is not working
correctly by a number of people just fix it or return the money

Yes, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know how long they’re gonna go with this mentality.
