Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

Call and ask for a replacement. It's under warranty

Call them and let them know! I did and am getting a replacement. Also I
asked for a 2 yr warranty as the replacement's warranty only last 30 days
until my 1st warranty expires. It cost $40 for that. I believe you are
still under warranty IF you bought it directly from FitBit which I did.
Though still try even if you didn't. Please let me know what you find
out! Good luck!

I am having the same problem with mine. I have had it for just over 8 months. I love it, but I went to bed last night with it on my wrist and the battery at over 70% and woke up this morning to find it is as dead as can be and won’t turn on. I’ve tried everything these forums and Fitbit has suggested - charging, holding down buttons, etc. but nothing works. And when it is on the charger, it gets warm to the touch. I’m heartbroken... I love this thing. Would love any new help!

Is it still under warranty? I would suggest calling whomever you bought it
from (hopefully FitBit directly) and asking for a replacement. I just did
this after almost a year and will be receiving one soon. I also called
this warranty place FitBit suggested and paid for a 2 year warranty through
them since this seems to be an ongoing issue. I had a one year warranty
through FitBit. It won't hurt to try. I wasn't going to as I thought I
was past my warranty date, but I wasn't and am so glad I called them. See
my prior message about phone numbers etc. Good luck!

Has anyone used a Garmin tracker yet? Just wondering if they are better
than the Fitbits as far as reliability.

Ye my wife's Fitbit versa past few weeks has been dying faster and she's only had it since may 2018. now her screen wont come on nor will her heart rate sensor. but it vibrates. we hard reset it many times nothing, held now for 10 secs nothing, charged it many times nothing. had called up Fitbit they offered 40% off WTF, their should be a lifetime warranty on these things since we pay so much and cant keep affording to replace these. You guys know what you are doing to us scamming us with your products expecting them to die fast and get us to replace them wasting and stealing our money. Apple watches have less problems than Fitbit. This is total BS to be treated like this a loyal customer and Fitbit owners and you cant replace a defective product like a reliable company should, What total BS!

I am having the same issue with my versa.

The battery hasn’t been holding longer then 8 hours for a few days.

This morning after charging it won’t turn back on.

I’ve done the reset and nothing is working.

What can I do?

Had the same issue and spent hours yesterday troubleshooting. The device started rapidly draining battery 2 days ago, the HR monitor stopped working and the clock started running about 5 minutes slow. Last night, after starting the day on a full charge, was down to 6% within 12 hours. Placed on charger (which works just fine) and this morning the device was dead; would not respond to any actions. I contacted Fitbit support this morning & after they verified I completed all the typical troubleshooting actions, it was determined there was no fix. Since the device was out of warranty (I've had it for 15 months), they offered me a 25% discount to purchase a new device via the website. It worked beautifully until these sudden issues so I am extremely disappointed in the short lifespan. Unfortunately, I convinced my husband to get one just a few months ago so we'll see how long his lasts.

After my experience I won't be purchasing another one. Sorry they won't
replace it. Another option would be since so many people are having the
same issue talk to a supervisor. My experience with Fitbit I was always
getting different answers.

Fitbit has the worst customer support I’ve ever come across. Moreover, it’s so disappointing that if your watch is out of warranty (even by a day) then its a piece of junk. You can’t repair it or replace it. Customer service people have pretty standard answers. They should understand that people can’t keep buying new ones knowing that the device has a life of just a year even if they offer discount in place of replacement. Adieu to Fitbit.

Thanks,
-Antra
