Versa won't turn on

Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

 

Please help!

I have never seen anyone from Fitbit on here. We should all call them at
the same time with the same problem!! Maybe that would get
their attention.

I'm pretty sure they are aware of the issue with this watch since they didn't even ask me to return the defunct watch. If they would have that would've told me that they wanted to find out what the issue was and fix it. Them NOT asking for me to return it just tells me that they know what the issue is and fixing it is more money than it's worth.

I am just returning mine as I was under the year FitBit warranty. They
are asking me to return mine so I can get a replacement. Just so all of
you know, if you bought the FitBit Versa directly from FitBit and it is
broken and it hasn't been over a year, they will replace it. The problem
with the replacement is it is only covered by the same time period as the
first one. In other words I bought the one that broke June 11, 2018. So
when I receive the replacement it will only be good for 30 days. What I
did was call Square Trade Company and ask them if I could have a 2 yr
warranty on the replacement FitBit. I have to pay $44 but it is worth it
to me. They cover the extended warranties for FitBit after the FitBit 1 yr
warranty expires. Their number is 888-504-2659. FitBit's number is:
877-623-4997. This only applies if you bought directly from FitBit
though. I hope this helps.

Now they're asking for them to be returned..that's funny. They probably go
and choose who gets an replacement....I just received my replacement two
weeks ago.

They are not consistent...

I contacted customer service. They walked me through all the steps discussed on the forum and eventually agreed to replace the versa.

Actually the 2nd person I spoke with told me to just recycle it and not
send it back. So sorry about the 1st thing I said. So you don't have to
send it back, you are correct.

I tried this and pressing all three buttons for 3 minutes, it still won’t turn on. 

 

For the last week my Fitbit has been acting weird. It stopped logging sleep (I made sure it was fully charged and set properly on my wrist), the battery started to drain faster (I went from charging it twice a week to every other day and I never let it over charge) and it kept reading my heart rate at 118 no matter what I was doing. I’ve had it for not quite three months and now it won’t turn on at all.

That was exactly my experience with the Versa, I think these are all battery problems. when I got my first Fitbit I synced to my phone, they were searching for each other all day long.

Hi LillyaFitBit Moderator, I bought a brand new versa yesterday, I charged it fully (for about an hour) and I have the app on my phone as I currently wear a flex 2. I have tried adding the versa and it is connected by bluetooth (& I have tried by plugging in the cord to my phone whilst charging to do this) but my brand new versa wont come off the screen that says download the FitBit app. I have the app!! I have tried adding it countless times to add my new versa and when you click on add versa it reverts back to the main account screen. I have held all 3 buttons for 3 mins and the watch still says download the FitBit app. I have uninstalled my flex 2 and tried adding it on it's own and I still cant add my versa. Please help!

Update: I did reach out directly to support. Since I’ve only had my versa for a few months, it’s still under warranty and they will replace it. The whole thing was resolved in minutes. Also, they said it was likely a battery issue I was having.

Call Fitbit and tell them the issues you're having. If you seem like
you're getting no where then ask for supervisor

I’m having the same issue. I tried charging overnight a couple of times and the reset still doesn’t work. I’ve had the Fitbit less than a year and I’m so disappointed.
