Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

My Versa quit out of the blue- cannot get it to turn on or charge- have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and even bought a new charger.  Help

I have been having similar issues - for a few days not getting detailed sleep readings, low battery notifications sooner than normal. ?Then last night it was scrolling through different settings then shutoff on its own. I charged it overnight - no lights or power. it was warm to the touch this morning but still no power/sign of life. I tried holding down the buttons for several minutes, nothing.

I got a stock email from Fitbit suggesting all of the troubleshooting that is on community—and in my reach out to support I explained that I had already completed troubleshooting.
Based on what I am seeing in other’s posts Fitbit is not providing customer centric service or standing behind this $200 device. Very disappointed!

Gosh something, this isn't right. Sending out defective product to
replace defective product is just not okay.

I've had a number of those emails too. Then I respond I've tried it and I
get the email again

Spoke to customer service and they had me try all the same troubleshooting, nothing so they are shipping a new one since it was still on warranty (only had for 8 months).

having major issues with mine. Called yesterday and they are sending a replacement. I wouldn’t wait long - I got the feeling they are dumping inventory after the release of the 2. I’m not sure what they’ll do when that inventory is gone and the in-warranty versas keep dying.

call Fitbit the seller has no responsibility to replace, etc.

Yes, we should hurry up so we can get another defective product
...before they run out. LOL!

i know - ridiculous right? Most companies would acknowledge that they are selling a defective product and make it right instead of playing Russian roulette with their customer base. Bad news travels much faster than good news...Once my replacement goes (and I know it will) I’m moving on...

I received message of low battery then I put my watch for over night charging. In the morning watch was heat up and no display.

I also tried to do as one member said to press 3 batons together for 3 min s but no response.

I need support.

Thanks

The somewhat humorous part about this whole hold down all three buttons thing is that this particular troubleshooting step came from a customer who got his to turn on by doing that. Now it's suddenly their number one step for troubleshooting. It hasn't worked for anyone other than that one person, that I have seen. More evidence of them just trying to keep us at bay and ride out our warranties.

HA that is funny! If you are still under warranty you can get a
replacement! I did just 2 months ago. I also did the 2 yr warranty
insurance cause ya know it doesn't look good for longevity!

I am experiencing exactly the same with my 6 months old device. Followed all the steps and it won't turn on anymore, just stopped working out of the blue. Anyone have any other idea what to do? Seems like receiving a replacement is the only solution. Very, very disappointing!

I would say replace it and get an extended warranty if you can as this appears to be a problem with the device. couldn’t be more disappointed in Fitbit’s response to this - I am in month 13 and they refuse to replace-
