Wallet application not appearing

I've tried several fixes that have been mentioned on other posts... but have had no luck!

 

I've tried:

  • Removing and re-installing the Fitbit Application
  • Removing my Versa from the app and then re-installing it
  • Restarting my phone

I see all the other options (Clock Faces, Apps, Media, How To Use, and Accessories), but no Wallet. 

 

Also, to note, I am in the United States.

Same problem here the wallet icon doesn't appear, waiting Fitbit do something

Hi, I have a Versa 2, the back of the watch says FitBit Pay, I set up my card in the wallet, it was showing on my phone (the actual card showed up) for over a week.  I went to use it today and the phone says "Set Up Wallet" and no longer shows the card. I went in my fitbit app and the card is there.  Please advise.

Hi I am using Fitbit Versa 2 and it has Fitbit Pay. But still I am not able to see Wallet  tile .. Is that so I cannot use this feature in India or what

That video was an absolute waste... I have the charge 3 special edition. I'm in the United States and I have a bank on your list... Where is the wallet?! If one more person says to select a 'cog' that isn't there or to click my picture that doesn't have a wallet listed, I'm returning this device
