Customizable Challenges (like start date, duration etc)

I would like to be able to set which days I want for a challenge. Not all of my friends work a workweek (Mon-Fri). I would like to be able to make a challenge thats like Thurs-Sun or Mon-Wed-Fri. Or whatever days my friends work during that week. Choose teams and partners.

That sucks 😕 they're so much more popular now, you would assume they would grow with their consumers. Sorry Fitbit, we don't only have 3 friends anymore, we have our entire families, friends and everyone else joining now! =[

I agree with this, 10 person limit should be increased. Why even limit it?

Can you add longer challenges, like 7 or 15 days challenges so the weekdays and weekends can be in one challenge?

@DaSho75 This is a great idea! Not all workouts are step-based and it would be cool to be able to compete in Challenges using the fitness stat of your choice.

Thanks for sharing your idea on the Feature Request Board!

I am in a moms fitness group, so I have lots of fitbit friends. It would be nice if we where not limited to 5 challenges at a time

I wanted to add my support for this idea.  Our Fitbit community is growing, and the 10 person limit on challenges is insufficient.  Increasing or removing the limit would be great!

Lots of good ideas to improve challenges.  I definitely support increasing or removing the limits for # of people / # of challenges.  Adjusting for different time zones would help --- we have people from the U.K., east coast, central, and west coast time zones in the same challenge.  More flexibility will result in more participation, which will get users more interactive involvement.  Please make this happen, Fitbit gods.

I and my Weight Watcher friends are enjoying our Fitbit challenges but please allow as many friends to participate as possible. I have more than 10 Fitbit friends, a lot more and need to include everyone. Please, please, please upgrade this. Thank you

I have a Fitbit One and would like to be able to invite more that 10 friends to a challenge.  We have a large, competitive team and would like to all be on the same challenge.  I see there are a lot of users who would like to be able to invite more than 10 people.  Please create a solution for this suggestion.

Thanks,

Donna

I would love if you would add more than 10 people and allow people to be in more than 5 challenges at a time I feel this is great motivation for people who enjoy doing these.  I do challenges with friends and friends of friends etc and am limited to whome I can challenge with each week because of the limitations.

I agree - I think 20 participants would still be managable with greater competition.

Our group keeps growing and we all want to compete against each other so please increase challenge group size or put no limit

Can we please have some new challenges? How about most active minutes in a day or week? Most floors or calories burned? Just competing on steps all the time is getting a bit old - it would be nice to have new challenges.

I agree I have more than 10 people I would like to challenge at a time. Additionally being in more than five challenges would also help since I have more than 10 people I want to challenge I am in a few work week challenges and also like to do the daily goal and daily steps but I'm limited to being in five with 10 people in each.

I thought of some new challenges that you could hopefully take into consideration. 1. Burn the most calories (daily, weekend, work work) 2. Most steps (daily, weekend, work week). I love the product it keeps me moving and the challenges are a great competition. But these new added challenges would be amazing

+1 for that. Especially for those of us who track cycling, active minutes is a more useful output.

Yes! Even to make a kind of obstacles course using the tracking exercise page. So one person sets the course and multiple players compete on it. It could be for speed or staying in cardio zone.

How about "work day" challenges.. 8-5 who does the most, help us motivate to move during the day

I would like to see different challenges.  Such as weight loss challenges, drinking adequate amount of water, sleep challenges, and so forth.  Why would someone think that only having step challenges was a good idea?

Maybe alternate challenges. Challenges set up for the week, though one day it be floors,  the other day steps.. the challenge of each day separately can be set. When joining a challenge getting a summary of the goals and a email sent to have a separate summary in the mail when desired..

This first one is exactly the challenge I would like to see.

I have a group of friends on fitbit and we do the workweek challenge every week, but there is a wide variety of fitness levels in our group, and the people with lower step goals are finding it really discouraging. A goal-based challenge that is more than one day long (work week or full week) would help a lot. It could still be competitive - who's reached their goal the most days this week - but it would adjust for different personal goals and give everyone a challenge based on their own abilities.

At least give us the option!

Please increase the maximum number of challenges. I have many I different groups of friends and we all like to do lots of challenges. Having only 5 doesn't make sense. Thanks!
