More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

It is very unprofessional of them to not add more clockfaces. Especially one without the date. If something works why change it?

I'm SO disappointed that the Charge 3 doesn't have a face with the date like the Charge 2 does. I'm old and I'm constantly looking at the date. I wanted to upgrade to a new Fitbit for the advanced sleep tracking but I guess I'll pass on the Charge 3.

I am considering moving back to Charge2 because there's no date/time/steps watch face. Also, why can't there be a watch face "store" where you can download or buy other watch faces like we could with Pebble.

What is the ETA for adding new watch faces?

Yes, we definitely need a clock face with a date. I was so disappointed to discover that there wasn’t one!

Absolutely need an option. With day and date. Truth is I look at that a lot more than my heart rate during a normal day. And most my wind up watches 40 years had this feature!

It would be useful to be able to have a customizable face, allow you to see like up to 5 things say:

1. time
2. date
3. steps
4. calories
5. heart rate

all on the home screen, with a single line for each this, could easily be done.

I am waiting on my Charge 3 to be delivered and found this thread.  I have debated long and hard about what to get as I have 2 Android smartwatches.  One for work (nice looking) and one for when I am riding horses or not at work.  I wanted to get down to 1 watch that I can wear all the time and that will last past 1 day before needing to be charged.  I use the date and time functions a lot and having that on the screen is very convenient...not life threatening :).  I hope that the Fitbit team adds this as the watch is to help us work better and more efficiently as well as hopefully help us make better health choices and having to go to the phone for the date because we forgot the date....yes it happens...doesn't create efficiency.

Yes! To also replicate the Charge 2 faces on release (or at least ASAP) is a must when starting with so few faces, particularly when the few available omit something as valuable to people as the date.

Not to appear contradict myself... but the Charge 3 is a tracker, I also wear an actual watch.  I would appreciate the ability to simply display my steps and heart rate *clearly* rather than squished up in the tiniest font to make way for a clock face which is oversized in comparison.
 

To have a face gallery is give people the option of viewing the info relevant to them in the most accessible way, it seems that the current faces are simply to cater for stylistic / fashion choices.

I want to love the new charge 3 but without the date feature sadly I will be going back to my charge 2.  I can't function without the date feature and 24 hour clock.

I just got mine, so excited to finally be able to swim with it on but cannot believe there's no date display! I work in a pharmacy and probably use mine to check the date more than I do to check the time. Please please fix this quickly, it seems like a major oversight!

FYI. Swimming worked great. After synching and some processing that I don’t think is done on the watch, it figured out automatically that I was swimming. Showed lap count. Only problem is I can’t figure out how to change setting from a 25 meter pool to 25 yards

I will not even think of buying the Charge 3 until they have a display that includes Date.

The face needs to display time, date, day of week, steps, heart rate.

Agreed. I was coming here to see if anyone had started a feature suggestion thread for this! 

I want a clock face with a less bold/smaller time that shows the # of steps as well as the date. So: steps by number, time, and date on clock face.

put a clock face option on the HR 3 that has month/date like on the HR 2.  The screen is 40% larger so why cant these be added in a software update?  Big let down.

In 100% agreement, the Charge 2 clock face is 100% better. There needs to be an update for this.

I now have the Charge 3 - great! Unfortunately I have to wear my watch with it. 😞 I need the date, and day and seconds (which I have on my watch). I use the date because I have to date forms and I use the seconds to set clocks and for short timers. I'm hoping that soon there will be a clock face that in addition to the fitness information shows the time (including digital seconds), date, and day, so I can retire my watch.
