I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same here. At first, I thought it was bad Wi-Fi because I know sometimes there is a syncing issue with the app and the cloud, but after foods consistently disappearing, I knew something was fishy. The comments in here go along with my suspicion.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've Uninstalled, reinstalled from Google Play, re-started my phone, even signed up for Fitbit Premium. The food log holds onto only one food entry, then replaces the 2nd entry with each subsequent food added, but drops all but the 1st when I exit the food entry screen. This must be a system error, but Fitbit app gives us no way to contact tech support with problems like this. Very frustrating!

This is happening to me as well. I was able to track my breakfast around 8:00 AM EST, but cannot log anything as of now. I've deleted the app, reinstalled, logged in and out, and restarted my phone, no change.

It’s happening again. Just this morning, I am entering my breakfast and seconds later the data just disappears. I’ve tried all the things, updated the app, turned the phone off and on and nothing works. I track for sugar levels so it’s important that I know calories and sugar. Please get this fixed ASAP. Help!

The update to the app has not reached Google Play yet. Has this problem happened to anyone who got their updates from somewhere else?

The same happened to me. Every time I add a new item, the previous one disappeared. If I close the app, reopen it, the whatever I added today disappeared, including the last item. Whatever I added early ~12am PST (midnight) was there and did not disappear. Just whatever I tried to add today after 9am disappeared.
I've tried close the app then reopen, or log out then log back in, stop and restart, or close the app, restart the phone then open the app. Still not working. I see another thread some people removed the app and installed it again and still didn't work. I wonder if it's on Fitbit side.

I just tried to add my lunch. I log it in, i see it, then I log in the next item, it removes the 1st item I logged. Soon as you get out of it go back in nothing is logged. Only what was logged this morning is there. I tried the usual stuff didn't fix it. Does anyone know If google team is aware there is another issue?

Same problem here. Get it fixed immediately or I'm cancelling my subscription. I'm sick and tired of CONSTANTLY having to install and reinstall the app because of issues like this.

Same here. Worked for breakfast, not a couple hours later. Extremely annoying considering the entire food database disappeared a couple weeks ago, and then they fixed that, but then you couldn't create custom food for over a week, and now this. They clearly don't care about the product enough to have a QA team.

I'm having the same problem but mine started after breakfast. No problem logging breakfast. It will only let me log one item for lunch. Tried restarting phone and checked to make sure there were no updates. Maybe they will get it resolved soon.

Happening here too. I add something, it shows up for a few seconds and the total calories updates then it disappears and a minute later the numbers go back down. I tried updating the app and logging out/in.

I have exactly the same problem. I use this daily for calorie tracking and it's a really important feature for me
The quality control of the app has gone downhill massively. I guess it matches the physical quality of the products now 😀
Sadly after almost a decade of Fitbit products I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Yes! This is the problem I'm having now. I swear the last few months we fix one thing and it breaks another. What the heck is going on Fitbit?! It's not letting me log more than one thing, it deletes the last thing I put in and replaces with the new

When I log food on my Fitbit app, it disappears only a couple seconds later. I've tried force closing the app, redownloading, signing out and signing back in.
