I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Started happening this afternoon when I tried to enter lunch and happens with ANY entry created after the breakfast entries made this morning. Tried custom foods as well as database-based entries and effect is the same. Using an Android device.

I'm having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution for this? Or does it fix itself eventually? I have a Google Pixel phone and a charge 6.

This is happening for me from within the app on the food tab using a + sign. Any meal. iOS/iphone. I’ll put in a breakfast item and then add lunch and the breakfast item(s) disappear. It looks like I can only have one meal item.
food from within the database (not custom items). And the calorie calculations are off.

It affects custom foods as well as foods from the database. I use android device.

This is happening for every meal, every food item. Regardless of which option I use to enter food, it disappears as soon as I save. The issue barely started today. I'm on an Android Galaxy 25. I've restarted my phone and downloaded the latest update, but nothing seems to work.

Has there been any resolution to this? Android user here. The app allowed me to log breakfast, but nothing since, regardless of how I enter it or for which meal I enter it.

Example:
I entered three items for breakfast and added them. I then added lunch items and breakfast items started disappearing. Checking a few minutes later more items were missing.
Based on the feedback from others who trouble shot this, it has to be the Fitbit end that is acting wonky.

My watch is Sense and my phone is Android. My morning food was entered fine. Now, at 6 pm I tried to add my lunch and dinner. But the only new food item showing is the most recently entered. As soon as another food item is entered, the previous one disappears.. It doesn't matter which meal. Only one entry stays.

Using a Google pixel phone
From the app, using plus sign to add food
It let me add food this morning, but ever since around noon, anything I have put in has disappeared, no matter which meal time/ snack or whatever option I choose. I have also tried just putting the calorie number in. When I put a second item in, the previous one disappears immediately, so my breakfast is still there and then the most recent thing I put in. Then when I leave the app and come back, even that one is gone. My breakfast stays.

I can enter the # of water cups, and activity. However, when I enter food by using the "+", the food is logged, but within 3 seconds it disappears. I tried everything, uninstalled the device (Versa 4), reinstalled it. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it. Restarted by phone and my Versa 4. Nothing fixes this food log problem. Thanks for your help

Entering food either by + or custom, on Android phone. When I enter the food previous food disappears. I have forced stop, reinstall at least 3 times. Keeps happening. Fitbit has been updated. This problem started early afternoon todsy.
