I noticed recently that my sync isn't matching my phone readings on battery percentage and heart rate. Might be more. My steps match though.

This has just happened to mine too. Just one fell off. Had since Jan 2024. Not sure if it should therefore be covered by warranty?

Warranty is 1 year. Your Warranty has already ended.

I would reach Fitbit through chat. They replaced mine when out of warranty

Joe's Gaming in Washington state. They are the best! They sell the replacement brackets and glue and have video showing how to apply. It works great and very reasonable price. If u are under warranty you still should go to fitbit who will replace watch. If u are out of warranty this is a life saver!!!!!!!!!!!

When u apply glue and put back the brackets, make sure the brackets are flush with watch and the bracket is not sticking out. It could make it harder for the four charge chord pins/prongs to make solid contact with the 4 charging contacts on the watch. It's a great product at a very reasonable price. The support is phenomenal.

First, don't fret too much about it as the Fitbit will continue to work
without the metal strips. Personally I do not recommend glueing the
strips back on yourself unless you have an extremely steady hand for the
tiniest amount of glue or have done this type of repair before. I did it
once and the strip came off again 2 weeks later. No metal strips for a
year now & my Versa 2 is still working. Judging from all the posts on this
issue many, many others have had the same thing happen after doing a home
glue job on those metal strips.

Mine fell off a long time ago and I had read that Fitbit wasn't covering them under warranty. I tried gluing them on, but it didn't last long. I haven't worn mine in over 6 months now. I had gotten it as a Christmas gift in 2023. Didn't last a year. I tried wearing it without them and I ended up getting rashes in the spots where the metal was. I was very disappointed in the product. I'm not sure how I didn't see this string before, although it's not always easy to find specific conversations in forums. I would like to know how I could still get a replacement under warranty.

Exactly! I got a rash as well. I ended up buying a Galaxy watch 7 and
couldn't be more happy!

I’m having the same issue. 😞 How can I solve this?

If your Versa 2 is still under warranty, you could try for some help from
customer service, although judging from all the other comments on this
forum from people who've tried & failed, don't have high hopes of getting
anywhere going down that road. That is the very reason for this chat
forum, so we're mostly figuring it out for ourselves. Make of that what
you will, & take a minute to research the future of Fitbit on Google. I
can't go into that on this forum because the post would be removed, and it
probably will be regardless so I hope you see this post.

You can either glue the strips back on yourself or just leave them off.
The watch will still function but who knows how accurate the metrics
readings are? My Versa 2 lost both metal strips 6mths ago & I'm still
getting sleep & movement data which still seems to be as accurate as
before, but that's no guarantee. Good luck.

Like you, I chose to leave the Fitbit ecosystem. I’m currently using products in the amazed fit ecosystem however, I was one of the original backers of the pebble project and the pebble two which eventually was acquired by Fitbit. The creator of the pebble has created a new smart watch that is available in a limited number. That is a very nice upgrade to the original pebble and I have forgotten exactly what they called it cause they couldn’t call it a pebble. as far as most comparable to Fitbit amaze fit seems to have many of the same kinds of products such as scales fitness tracking watches and they have rings, a couple weeks ago. The bip 6  came out and I ordered one. I’m still using my Bip 5happily and will hand it down to someone else in the family when my six arrives

This happened to mine a few weeks ago. It didn’t seem to interfer with watch function so I continued to wear it. I have to take it off at times now as it’s burning my wrist. Did you get a replacement band?
