I’ve been having electrical shocks on the hand that I wear my FitBit. Is there anything that could be causing it?

Hi @Angeleyslyndz. Yes, there are similar reports by users. The only option is to change to a different band material.

My Fitbit Sense got hot and died, almost burned my wrist. I only charged it when it said low battery and never left it on charge, seems like it didnt matter. This was a replacement for my Ionic that they said might burn me to return for an upgrade to Sense and pay of course. Well, it seems they still have a battery issue. I guess its time to move on from Fitbit, I am sure there is no warranty. Hopefully there will be a recall like the last one but I need a watch and wont hold my breath.

This also happened to me, and now it looks like my skin is burning. I have a nickel allergy and the plates falling off really exposed some materials that should not touch my skin.
