Darn - I’m sorry.
You can try support and maybe they’ll sell you a new one at a discount -
Joes in Washington Is selling a glue -or they can repair
They are finally able to to get parts for the Fitbit sense 2 out of warranty -

I feel ya. I called CS back in April and they told me that since it was under warranty they would replace it. Fast Forward a few months later and I didn't hear anything back and I reached out to CS and they told me that they were waiting for restock, and now it is almost December. I picked up a Garmin, and it is pretty good. I have had FitBit products since 2014, and it is clear that they are going away, but doing nothing after you stated you would replace my product that was under warranty is unacceptable. I would have gotten the Pixel watch because I have been using Pixel's since the Pixel 4, but you are not going to make me switch by giving me a defective product and make me switch to what you want me to have.

I would immediately contact support. If you bought it from an authorized merchant they should replace it or fix it - so sorry - it’s happened to me also

To All-
You should start a help inquiry with Fitbit support -if you’re out of warranty they may give you 35 percent off on a replacement.
I still believe they should stand by all of these - it’s a manufacturing defect -
I am a longtime user - Blaze - Sense - Sense 2
Check out this long time service company in Washington State - I’ve been in touch and they are coming up with a plan for parts and service or just parts -

Here are my Sense 2s - the one on right is one I bought on Marketplace while waiting for my 35% replacement for my original Sense - paid 65 for it in May —and pieces fell off within a month -
