There is a firmware update I need to install and I go through the whole process but when it gets to the end, the update button won’t press. I’ve restarted my Fitbit and phone multiple times.

Same problem here. iPhone and Versa 4. Update button not working. Have tried all avenues suggested. This app and the Fitbit products have become garbage since Google’s takeover. I had my original Fitbit product trackers for nearly 10 years without issue. I loved the older model products so much. Since buying the versa 4 (twice) under Google’s ownership, it’s been nothing but glitches, products that don’t work, and an app that isn’t user friendly and doesn’t work half the time. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Looking to switch to another tracker if anyone has any suggestions. I’m not averse to an Apple Watch but I just don’t need all the features it comes with. Something simpler would be preferred.

I am so disgusted with their customer service. Having the same issues as everyone here and have tried everything. My inspire 3 is barely a year old and the best they can do is 35% discount.

I’m in the same boat!! Inspire 3, did all the fixes, contacted customer service, zero help, won’t honor the warranty. I saw somewhere on here to give it a few days and try again? Like maybe the update isn’t ready or something. Fitbit needs to fix the issue instead of telling you to replace it. Longtime Fitbit customer is about be to lost!!
