Just got Sense. The resting heart rate measurement seems accurate at rest, however I have concerns about the accuracy of the HRV and SPO2. For SPO2, I have a separate Pulse Oximeter. When compared, the Sense reading is always a bit lower. So far, the HRV result I've gotten is very low. Considering the averages for my age and my overall health, this seems very off, and I will be testing HRV on another device. Has anyone else noticed these issues?

I believe it takes a couple days , according to the directions, for the readngs to start coming in.

Consider that HRV depends strongly on how you breathe during the 2 minutes of measurements
(my can be anywhere between 20-63 depending on how deeply and/or slowly I breathe)

Very pleased to hear this. Fitbit also says I have a HRV of 15. It freaks me out.

I am so grateful to find his post. I don't have an answer but I do know my HRV averages anywhere from 14-21 on average, and has hit as high as 31 only twice. It's actually caused me quite a bit of anxiety so I am grateful to read here that it's just not accurate. I wish they would not add features that could possibly do more harm than help if they are not accurate measurements.

I am the same! I have now owned this device for about one year and the HRV never changes. I am still alive and without health conditions so I think the watch is wrong ! Lol - let’s hope so!

Try your spo2 on the other hand my spo2 gives a false reading if I use it on the same hand

My RHR is 77 which is highest ever for me, and my HRV is 13, my lowest ever was 12. My highest 23.
How do we know when to ask our dr?

I believe if your sleep is less than 3 hours then you do not see BR, HRV and skin temperature.
This is the case on my fitbit sense and I have been noticing this trend from last 6 months.
