Health Metrics missing (HRV, BR, Skin temp & RHR)

Agree. They are only interested in the mega data that each of us produce so
they can sell and develop new applications. If they continue down this path
they will like many others before, kill the goose who laid the golden egg!

I am seeing sleep  stages no problem.  I see time asleep, deep and rem, restoration,  sleep score, stress management, resting heart rate.  They all work.   The only thing I am getting no data only on breathing rate and heart rate variability.   My phone is a galaxy s10e with android version 11

I have also tried reseting it on the charger last night. Didn't seem to help but I did try reseting it again today and we will see what happens tonight.

I have already been looking at Apple Watches. Though I have a hard time getting past their 12-18 hours of battery life.

Me too facing same problem. Even after log out and reboot as suggested by moderator, no relief. Problem remains as it is .

Same issue. Just started 2-3 nights ago as well. And about a week or two ago it started glitching and miscounting the stairs I did. Like saying I did 145 sets of stairs when I only had 6,000 steps. I’ve updated and charged and nothing works.

Suggest to consider Garmin watches, its a fitness watch with ample battery life compared to Apple. It truly depends on your specific needs.

It appears to be a scripted response, unfortunately. I may be wrong though, we won't truly know what's going on at Fitbit/Google possibly to proprietary information. 

Transparency seems to be in need nowadays.

After all, its the customers that fuel Fitbit/Google's loss or profits.

I have had it on consistently and it does have contact with my skin. It is measuring my sleep, steps, and pulse. I just cannot get any data recorded for the Sp02, breathing rate, and heart rate variable. I had no problems with my Versa 2. Just the new Luxe I purchased. Does the Luxe measure these 3 things? I have the premium subscription.

For the last 5 days my sense has not updated HRV or Breathing Rate. I use these the most as my Samsung galaxy Frontier watch doesn't record this. For $400 I expected more. Worked fine until the update. Unfortunately I will be returning the item for a refund seeing that this is a on going issue with no resolve.

We can see all the advanced metrics from different sleep stages. It’s just BR and HRV. Even RHR is visible. No OS update was made; it simple stopped working past 3-4 days. It’s crazy how bad this issue is but we don’t have any acknowledgement from @Fitbit

Same problem here, no hrv and spo measurements in the app. Strangely enough spo2 is reported in the Today app on the watch. Probably another bug in the Fitbit app.

As of this morning my SPO2 stopped aswell. 

So no HRV and no BR since  June 25th.

No SPO2 since June 28th.

Hope this can be fixed soon.Due to healthissues I got premium for mom and myself

to track healthmetrics and now it isn't working.
