Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Same here - breathing rate and HRV stopped working a couple of days ago. My phone uses Android, not sure which version, and it's irrelevant anyway as the problem will be at Fitbit's end as it usually is. Sort it out Fitbit and stop trying to con people into paying for Premium.

Yep, same, last few days. Before that it was reporting all metrics with no problems for a couple of weeks.

I’ve also done as requested and no change - still no data…. Yet another glitch - do we know when this one will be fixed? Appears to make no difference which phone you have?

For past 3 nights no BR or HRV and now today no sleep score or details. I slept over 6 hours. Since I have activated the sense 11/3/20 I have always had these statistics daily, without fail for sleep time over 3 hours.
I’m starting to get upset. These features are the main reasons for my buying the sense.
I always like to check the graph of my restoration (resting heart rate, oxygen variation) and my Deep & Rem stages.
I’m curious if those that have also not had BR or HRV the last few days are missing their sleep data today. See below.

Same issue, except that I'm on Android. Fitbit app is updated to most recent version. All other data is synced, but health metrics for Breathing Rate and Heart Rate Variability have recorded "No Data" since Saturday 26 June 2021 (GMT+8).

I am having the same issue.
All OK up to and including the 25th June but since then I have:.
No BR Breathing Rate data logged for the past 3 nights on the app
No HRV Heart Rate Variability data logged on the app for the past 3 night
Everything else still OK- recording, displaying and syncing.
No change even after twice deleting app and data, rebooting phone and reloading app and re-installing data from fitbit website.
Since this seems a widespread fault it is unlikely to be caused by faulty individual fitbit tracker units, this is a system fault that should be recognised, admitted to and sorted by Fitbit themselves.
I am using a Versa 3 version 128.5.38
an Apple iPhone SE 2020 software version 14.6

I have had the same issue for last 2 nights. Records RHR and spo2 levels, but everything else is blank for health metrics

I have the same issue. Given how much it costs to have Premium, the support is rubbish and help nonexistent.

Seriously? Everyone has said all other stats track fine; it's only BR and HRV that stopped suddenly. Is it some incompatibility with the latest Android OS update? Restarting is worse than useless. Fitbit needs to step up here!

If it helps after just contacting Fitbit via Live Chat about this issue it was confirmed as a known problem.
After analysing my account and data collection the reply stated that:
After checking our backend tools, I can confirm that the the team are aware of the issue with the missing data for Health Metrics and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
So we can await a solution from the Fitbit techies.
