Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Best AnswerFingers crossed 🤞
Best AnswerWe identified missing sleep and heart rate data on the health metrics tile and are currently investigating. We'll provide an update soon.

Best AnswerYes, I just saw the same thing too - I'd done several syncs before capturing the screen image but five hours later it's showing all the data in the graph again. I still says "No Data" for the Heart Rate Variability and the Breathing Rate but it's displaying the Heart Rate measurements. So it looks like this is just an internal data processing issue for Fitbit, I'd guess it's their internal processing of the data, not the Charge 4 or the App.
Best AnswerSame issue here as well. In fact my BR and HRV have not been showing for close to a week now. I've attempted restarting my phone I rebooted the charge 4 that I wear, and the issue persists. And on top of that I'm now having issues with my sleep score, and I slept over 8 hours last night so I'm confident there should have been enough data.
That’s good! It wasn’t showing that this morning so I’m glad to see they’re working on it!
Best AnswerThe screen/code issue resolved itself, without my help. This is very odd. The missing data is if course, still missing.

Hello everyone. Thanks for your participation in the community forums.
I'm sorry for the experience and thank you very much for taking the time to report this matter and for reading a previous post with tips. At this time, I'd like to let you know that our team is aware of an inconvenience affecting health metrics and they are working to identify a prompt resolution.
I appreciate your understanding and patience. In the meantime, make sure your Charge 4 is up to date and the Fitbit App updated to the latest version (3.43.1).
See you around.
Best AnswerI just got off the phone with Support and they’re aware of the issues but have no estimate on how long before this can be repaired. Don’t bother restarting your devices or going through any other routines at your end. None of that helps. (That last is from me, not them).
Yes. Uninstalled 1/2 dozen times. Rebooted watch.phone - you name it.
Nothing works. Bought a new watch - not fitbit yesterday. Works great and a fraction of the price of a fitbit.
I don't understand what's going on. Since Friday I've had no reading for BR or HRV. Now today there is no sleep score and no stress management score. Everything is up to date. Not sure what else to try. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
Best AnswerI am missing some Health Metrics also over these last couple of days. I just re synced with no change.
