Just noticed a notification at the top of this thread stating that FitBit is aware of the missing BR, HRV and other data and are working on the fix. So hopefully we will get it back soon. I suspect a problem with the latest app update caused the glitz.

I have premium and so get a daily health metric that rates my avg breaths per minute, heart rate variability, and average sleeping heart rate. Today when I synced upon waking up not only did it say I slept only 4 hours when I know I got more sleep than that but it dropped my health metrics from Sat, Sun, and didn’t have a score for today. Sat and Sun were there yesterday 😳

So after my Fitbit Chat this morning about the sleep metrics being missing, they wanted to further check on it and update me once they get a better answer. I got the email they asked me to watch for. I was kinda expecting an explanation and estimate for resolution. 🤔
This is the landing page for the link they sent me.

Same thing with my Versa 3. I've been using it since December 2020 with no issues. The last readings I got for Breathing Rate and HRV were on June 24 - nothing since. Skin temp, SpO2 and RHR are still showing up. Last night for the first time ever I also did not get sleep stages! Something is definitely going on since the update!

Same thing here, was fine until 4 days ago. Each day another health metric stopped showing data. Now today no sleep stages. Obviously issues on their end if multiple people are experiencing

Paying premium for the app should mean getting a premium service! Getting pretty annoyed with the lack of functions!

HRV, BR, and SPO2 data just showed up for me this morning. Let's see how tomorrow goes. Lost 3 days of these health metrics.
@YojanaFitbit any way to know what Fitbit/Google did to fix the issue or what the issue is?
With respect to proprietary and confidential information of course. Knowing what was wrong and what was the fix would help ease customers' concerns and confidence in Fitbit products.
I was almost ready to purchase another fitness tracker from a competitor had the issue not shown improvement today.

Finally got my BR, HRV, and SPO2 this morning. Replied to the pinned post in the forum and asked what fixed the issue and what was the issue. Knowing this info would certainly help towards improving customer relations between Fitbit/Google. Lots of frustrated Sense owners for those that participate in these forums looking for answers aside from "we're working on it..."
Was so close to leaving Fitbit for another competitor, the item was already in the checkout cart and decided to hold off one more night...lets see how tomorrow goes with these metrics.
Nothing is permanent anyway...

Hi there! The problem will not be solved with an update but your Fitbit sense got your sleep duration wrong! Probably you woke up earlier and went back to sleep. Try changing your wake up time by editing your sleep duration and shortening your sleep to the last time you woke up. If in doubt check your sleep stages and look for the latest time you were awake before jumping out of bed. Let us know if it works.
I know this is the issue because I went back and fixed it on 3 occasions on which I had no HRV and BR data.

This isn't really helpful because I've done all of these things, and I believe everyone else has as well. I think this is on Fitbit's end. You guys need to fix it. I lost my sleep score last night too for the first time in months.
