Hi everyone. Thanks for letting us know about this issue.
Our team is aware of the missing Health Metrics data and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Please be sure your Fitbit device has the latest firmware version. Also remember that you need at least 3+ nights of sleep data to see those details as well.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer!

Best AnswerBR and HRV is back again after have been missing for three days. But it is only last night’s data that has been synced, I am still missing data from the three previous nights. How do I recover the missing data?
Yes, me too.. all as it was and should be...I'm also missing the 4 days in between, but glad Fitbit has rectified it...I was close to sending my Charge 4 back thinking this didnt node well for future longterm use?
Best AnswerThank you YojanaFitbit. All of my health metrics and sleep score data are working perfectly as of this morning. I hope others find the same to be true.
Best,
Joe
Best AnswerMetrics and sleep data are there today for me as well, including SPo2.
One thing I did notice is my sleep score for Monday did not populate. I lost Sat, Sun, Monday metrics. I changed the sleep log by one minute last night for Sat, Sun,and Monday to force populate the health metrics data. Today I have sleep scores for Sat Sun but not Monday.
Any others missing Monday only sleep score or am I the exception?
Best AnswerAll of my metrics are back, except SpO2. I'm hoping that it will populate later. In the past it sometimes takes a while for that stat to show up in the Health Metrics tile. Premium sleep is also back. Interestingly, in the restoration tile I DO have the O2 variation graph, so fingers crossed that the Health Metrics tile will update as well. Thank you Fitbit! Edited to say that while I was typing this the SpO2 showed up in the Health Metrics tile! Everything is working again! Thank You very much Fitbit!
The fix on my iphone is to give me the same readings for the last 4 days, instead of no data. Not exactly an improvement so far.
The app. available in store is the same version 3.43.1, so a data analysis issue then. Hopefully it will start rolling forward tomorrow.
Are the graphs for the metrics on last 4 days different?
Myriam4psy provided a temporary fix to update the charts, if not.
1. On fitbit app, go to the sleep tile.
2. Click on the sleep date that you didn't get all your data
3. Click on the dots and choose 'edit log'
4. Tell the log that you've gone to sleep 1 minute earlier than what it says. Save it.
5. Go to your health metrics and see if the data now appears.
6. Repeat for all problematic days!
Best AnswerThe BR and HRV are straight lines, the other health metrics work and my advanced sleep record varies each day as it should.
Best AnswerSo yesterday I had the problem so many people have equally expressed - missing BR and HRV yet showing the other health metrics like RHT, SO2 etc. I manually adjusted my sleep log thanks to the earlier post for each of the four days I was missing data. Today everything looks good and no manual intervention was required.
Do you have sleep log for Monday?
Best AnswerYes, my sleep log continued to work all through.
Best AnswerFor Monday:
no sleep score
no time awake, no deep and rem, no restoration
Saturday and Sunday all there.
I’m gonna let this go. I was just wondering if others had the same and if so, Fitbit would address.
I don't have Monday's sleep experience (and that was one of my best sleep days..)..
