I have had my Fitbit sense for 2 months now and it is suddenly dead. It will not turn on and it will not charge. Has anyone else had this problem? It is very disappointing since it is not very old.

Good tip, though I'm long past 30 minutes the one link indicates and have now passed the 60 you suggest. When I initially put it on the charge cable it indicated 0%, but it has since transitoned to the logo. Pressing the button a few seconds does nothing... 10 seconds does blank the screen and the logo re-appears again a few seconds later and then the logo just stays there (have now also tried this off the charge cable having past 1 hr).
My issue with this is mainly that any other piece of electronics with a discharged battery can be restarted very soon after attaching the charge cable... My phone enforces a 3% charge before it will boot, but it takes only two minutes to reach that level. Considering the phone says the Sense was fully charged just 10 days ago, and it has just been sitting on the desk since, this is pretty disappointing as I'd hoped to retry the sleep capture feature since I discovered the sleep sensitivity setting in a recent app update. Well, it can now stay on the charge cable for the rest of the night. I have a feeling I may need to wait several more days for it to discharge again before it can clear the fact it seems stuck during the boot... unless theres a different reset level (even if it wipes the data contents).

Hi @Squallseeker - your watch seems to be charging and seems it is stuck on the logo, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Other people have had this problem so worth looking in the forums.

Unfortunately battery drains in less than 12 hours.

I spoke with a representative and we were able to get to the root problem... ended up doing a reset and it's working great again. Thank you!

I contacted fitbit via chat call and the representative worked with me for about 25 minutes. Ended up having to what I think he called a factory reset? Anyway, it worked and all is well. The person was very helpful and apologetic that I was having problems.

Me too. Mine is 2 years old so out of warranty. That charging system leaves something to be desired. I have gone through 3 of them. It was fully charged and halfway through the f day I look and it’s completely dead. Got new charger, it gets hot when attached but no indication it is charging
