Need help with charging

Easily the worst charging system of any mobile device ever. You leave your device on charge, and it doesn't charge, it still drains. 2 hours on the charger and battery is lower than when i started.

The contacts from the base to the Fitbit needs to be good. Depending on your body, the contacts on the back of your Fitbit can get coated. I clean the contacts on my base and the back of my watch with a pencil eraser. Erasers are slightly abrasive, so they can be used to clean all types of contacts.

Hi @TrevorC57  - your watch can need cleaning, don't use anything abrasive or metallic or the charge cable may be faulty, see instructions in  How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Mine charges fine, albeit with slow charge at times. Never had it go backwards. Clean your charger and watch back to ensure a good connection.
