I am so disappointed in this. I bought the Apple Watch and was not totally sure I would like it with all the apps and such. So I took it back and went with the Sense. Now I am thinking I made a huge mistake. I had the fitbit HR2 and absolutely loved it. I was ready to upgrade. Well I am thinking this was a bad idea. My sense will not stay connected to my Iphone. for whatever reason it always loses connection with the fitbit controls, so no notifications. Then I am so disappointed that in order for me to get music on my watch, I have to pay for another subscription. I already have Amazon and I have a huge library on itunes, so I really do not have a need for a music subscription. Are there any fixes for these issues yet?

Best AnswerThis seems to be affecting my watch face. I have to reset the watch face everyday manually to show a different photo instead of it automatically switching. It will show the watch face photo the rest of the day, then when I wake up it's back to the same photo it seems to be 'stuck' on returning to when it's supposed to change to a different photo every day (there's 6-7 choices). When I look at the watch on various places it says 'Can't connect to phone'. I have an iPhone SE 2020. This seems to be the problem when I have looked into why the photo keeps reverting instead of progressing. I know that my watch face is from a third party developer, but it seems to be the losing sync issue with everything I have tried. I just got the sense on Saturday and so far, I am not seeing any benefits from my Versa 1 I was wearing for years. Side note: the ambient light sensor isn't working either and it burns my eyes when I wake up in the dark... also unlike my good ole Versa 1.
I can tell you personally that I have not been able to except a call from my watch. I feel like I definitely made a mistake buying this. I plan on returning it to get an Apple Watch instead.

I actually did get mine to connect after resetting my fitbit to factory settings and redownloadind the app on my phone now everything connects no problem.
I got it to work by resetting to factory settings on the fitbit and redownloading the app. Everything has worked great since then.

My voice text reply won't work. I can answer calls, and hear calls through my watch and the caller can hear me but the mic won't work for text reply.
Your sense @Zufallb will not send messages to itself.
The unknown phone sends messages to the Sense.
First thing to do is make sure sleep and DND are not enabled.
Then check your phone.

Their garbage suggestions for what is clearly an endemic fail is frustrating. These suggestions might work for a day, but tomorrow we start the same cycle over again. I'll never but another fitbit.
Lizzy, these suggestions just don't work. I've gone through each of them and I'm experiencing the same struggles at staying connected with my Android phone. It randomly disconnects, especially after I charge it.

I'm not sure where people are seeing that the Controls are disconnected.
On my Android's Bluetooth, the controls never show up as connected, but as a trusted device, the controls connect automatically when requested.
When I try to call, or answer the phone on the watch, it answers the phone, puts it on speaker, but nothing through the watch.

Best AnswerI set it up, then it says it's not set up. It's really weird.
I set it up through the app, then it acts like I've never set it up a few min later.
