My ship my surge will not charge after 12 hours on charger

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Nice to see you here @dalestales! If you're Surge is not charging try cleaning up the metal dots on the charger and the back of your Surge with a toothbrush or toothpick, also restart your Surge and try a different USB port connector. If you're using the wall connector, it's best to get a A UL-certified wall charger. Don't use a USB hub. Robot wink

Why should USB ports be avoided? 😕

Hi @Nomikia - She said to not use a USB hub. You can use a USB port on your computer if you wish.
