Anybody having issues the last 2 days with Strava not being updated from FitBit app?

Ditto. I was all excited about running 5.22 on 5/22 and ... it never showed up on Strava. Folks on another message board mentioned that Fitbit no longer supports Strava. Is this true? If so, it's probably time to get a Garmin!

It doesn't work. I've been trying everything. It's not even letting me manually upload the files to Strava which I did earlier. I"ve unconnected my account, I"ve turned bluetooth off and on, I've done the lot. Nothing makes it sync to Strava . I can see the activities on Fitbit but they just won't sync.
Help Strava and Fitbit!

I have a Sense and this issue started happening to me yesterday as well. At first, I thought the problem was on my end, I reconnected the accounts and waited the suggested time. then I went for my run this morning and still nothing--not syncing my exercise. I heard from other forums that Fitbit is no longer supporting Strava or vice versa?? I hope that isn't true and that this issue is solved soon!

Same, but this has happened before and always seems to get sorted after a few days, I have had to export TCX files and upload them via the strava website (can’t be done on the App) it’s a pain but it’s a way around it until it sorts itself out.

I was able to export files from FitBit Dashboard on PC and import to Strava last 2 days (Edge browser)

My fitbit iconic has stopped syncing with strava since yesterday. The only change I made was the heart rate health settings

My Versa 3 hasn’t pulled through today and yesterday’s runs to Strava. They’re showing on my Fitbit app but haven’t transferred across to Strava. I’ve tried all of the usual suggestions - disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts, restarting both my Versa 3 and iPhone 12, turning Bluetooth on and off, but nothing has worked. Can anyone please help?

I did my first ever 10k today and mine hasn't worked either. 😭 its on fit bit app but not strava x

Oh no that’s so frustrating, well done on your 10k though! You should still be able to transfer it manually but hope we can find out how to sort the problem.

same thing here...for those of you that spoke with tech support at Fitbit, was there any indication that this would be temporary? I'm extremely disappointed with Fitbit. I can't count the number of times where something that was once working on Fitbit stopped working and I was forced to come up with a work-around. They need their customer support team to come on this thread and explain themselves. I'm hesitant to change brands of trackers, but I am about ready to do it. I had a charge 2, then a charge 3 and now a charge 4. Between the weak battery life, poor gps, problems syncing with the phone, loss of functionality, poor customer support and now this, I'm about ready to jump to Garmin.

Can't upload to strava, all is done fot it and I had the app already two times installed. There is no connection with fitbit.
