Just check your not syncing either with anything else like MyFitnessPal - something you might have forgotten. Just checking you e gone through your browser and not the app for either of them !
I tried that. I disconnected the fitbit from Weight Watchers and revoked access from FitBit app. I then reconnected fitbit on the Weight Watchers app but it won't show up on my fitbit app. I can't get it to synch either! I don't know what to do!
I've just fixed mine googled it revoke access from fitbit end and disconnect fitbit a d wireless scale from.ww end even if u don't have scale relink and that worked
