Back to the same nonsense = had my fitbit ionic for over a month now have yet to sync a single run... should have bought a Garmin like my dad. Have not had a hitch.

Got mine working again. I updated the firmware on the watch, still no joy. I noticed then that on the Fitbit site Strava wasnt authorised, this must have happened during one of my previous attempts to fix. Once I re-authorised everything it started working again.

Thanks for this. I’ve just got mine working again too:

1. Restarted Fitbit device
2. Revoked access on both Strava and Fitbit desktop apps
3. Revoked access with my iPhone and disconnected Bluetooth
4. Restarted my iPhone
5. Reconnected Fitbit to iPhone and logged back in to app
6. Reconnected Fitbit and Strava on https://strava.fitbit.com/
