Strava integration - activities not showing in Fitbit

Hi everyone - I linked my accounts on Wednesday and my first two rides recorded in Strava synced without any issues (Wedneday evening, Thursday morning Australian Eastern Standard Time).  I've logged two more rides since then (Thursday evening and Friday monring, AEST) and neither of them have synced to my Fitbit account - I can't see them on the web dashboard or on my iPhone app.  Both of them are showing fine in Strava.

I thought the accounts may have been disconnected so I checked and they show as being connected in both web dashboards.

Has there been any issue with the sync service?  If not do you know of a way to get it working again short of disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts?

I can confirm this is also the case with me on the integration: data from
the first activity transferred no problem, now a run from last night and a
ride from this morning have both failed to transfer from Strava to Fitbit.
They did transfer from Strava to Lose-It, so maybe that will help with
diagnostics. I'm glad the Fitbit team is working on the integration for
this; once it is stabilized and consistent it will be a great start. After
that we can give more feedback on features that would be useful, as well as
duplications/bugs we find. Thanks Matthew, and the whole team, for working
on this.

And BitMashup always worked so not sure why the "authorised" wont....

@MatthewFitbit - I rode 45 miles this morning using my Garmin Edge 1000 and not using my Surge so I had only one set of definitive data source.  The Garmin synced through Garmin Connect to Strava with all data.  As yet, 4 hours later, nothing has shown up in Fitbit despite checking all the apps in the right place with right permissions.

Resetting everything again, I still get the 502 dah dah dah message.....  Smiley Frustrated

Still not syncing for me either I'm afraid, after revoking and reconnecting.

Add me to the list of non-syncing accounts.  Long time Strava user, new fitbit charge HR user.  I linked the accounts a few days ago, didn't see any activities transfer, read this fourm and did the revoke/relink trick and I have still to see one activity transfer in either direction.

Mine synced Wed through Friday of last week, but I did not try over the weekend. It sucessfully transferred 1 run each day from Stava to Fitbit.

Mine just synced a 45 minute bike ride less than 45 minutes after completing it.  I have had no issues since they reported it was fixed.

Mine synced once on Saturday and then no runs were added to Fitbit

Update, sync from Strava to Fitbit has worked 2 times in a row now.  It takes about 30-45 minutes before they show up.  I haven't tried Fitbit to Strava.

All syncing between Strava and Fitbit is working for me since it was indicated that it was fixed.

My runs/walks move to Strava from Fitbit and my rides move to fitbit all in good time.

I consider this resolved.

I just revoked access from my Strava settings and then reconnected via the fitbit.com link. Everything synced up instantly which was nice to see. This is my second time revoking access and reconnected so maybe that's the solution as they keep updating the syncing process between strava and fitbit.

My Strava activities are not syncing to FitBit, but my FitBit activities are syncing to Strava.  I have performed the revoke access and reconnect several times, and have had no success.

Same issue here.  First ride syncs from strava to fitbit no problem.  Second ride no such luck.  I have revoked access a few times from both fitbit and strava.  This has not corrected the issue.  Thanks for working this issue.

Once again FitBit Support is useless.  I have had a ticket open, and this is there only reply:

Please go to the following link and re-authorize Fitbit on Strava. http://strava.fitbit.com/

If after doing this, the issue persists, we would kindly suggest to contact Strava customer service
directly to see what the issue may be.

Let us know if you have any additional questions, we'll be glad to continue assisting you.

I will be donating my $300 Surge to some unlucky soul and buying a Garmin Forerunner 225.

I've never had problems with Garmin that were only quickly and consistently solved.

The service has been introduced for a week or two and it's an integration with a 3rd party. They've been responsive here and many people have been resolved.

I think you might be going a tad overboard. I'd give it week or two at least. It's not like it's an essential service 😛

Mine has been working for the last few days now.

Mine didn't work, worked 3 times in a row (after a revoke, re-connect) and seems to have stopped now.  It's about as consistant as a fart in a windstorm.  All other third party apps that grab ride data from Strava work without a hitch.  It will be nice when they get this ironed out.

Yesterday i revoked access from Strava account, then from Fitbit, then reconnected. And since that time everything seems to be working ok. My two rides and a run have synced from Strava to Fitbit. But something strange with colories burned. According to Strava i've burned 484 for my run, 890 for the Saturday ride, and 1152 for the Sunday ride. In Fitbit i got only 300 colories for the run, 415 for the first ride and 315 colories for the second ride. So for the bike rides i've got more then twice less colories that were actually burned. When i use Endomondo for tracking my rides, after syncing Fitbit shows the same colories as Endomondo. There is something wrong with data transfered from Strava to Fitbit
