When I tap on ‘Steps’ to see my weekly totals the app just shows a blank. It tells me how many days streak I have but not the total number for day/week/month/year etc and often has the spinning ‘update’ wheel at the bottom, but never updates.
Please tell me that this can be fixed…

I have the same problem. I have restarted, updated, turned my phone on and off etc etc but nothing will make it work.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same issue. I’ve turned off and restarted both my Fitbit and my phone and neither of those steps helped either. Since Google is phasing out most of the Fitbit products how much longer will they be supporting them? It doesn’t seem like there is a plan for Apple IOS users which was the big draw to Fitbit for me as an alternative to the much more expensive Apple iWatch.

Hi there David. Do you expect a fix to this issue to come this week? Knowing the number of steps taken each week is a big motivator going into the following week. Thanks.

I’m also experiencing this currently. My stats are there for the day/week, but when I want to see them in detail(hourly calories for example), the app is stuck loading. I tried restating my phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, force shutting the app, none of this worked so far🙁

I too am having this problem. I use my weekly & monthly totals as motivation and this has really affected my daily activity. Will this be fixed soon?

Hi, since I experienced the same problem. Would I loose all my data by removing the app? I don't want that happen. Thank you
