Best AnswerDon't remove battery, just do ADD NEW DEVICE and follow the prompts, enter in a new code that it displays on the zip, and it will synch and send over all your steps. Works every time, hope they get this bug fixed
JungleJoe, TY for the suggestion. I will try it.
I was thinking about doing that <adding a new code>. I wasn't sure how to go about doing it. Your input is appreciated.

Best AnswerNonsupported phone is BS! I've been using the same phone with same zip for over a year. The problem just started recently and has progressively gotten worse.

Best AnswerOkay I finally got my zip to sync again I had to uninstall and reinstall the software then when I was discovering a new device I had to go to my Bluetooth menu on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it's on the zip to try to pair to it while the software was trying to pair to it and for whatever reason it's connected then ask me to input the code you put on the zip screen and I did and it took in my steps for today.
I went back to Google Play and put down a rating of one star because new software sucks
Best AnswerIt is a real aggravation, isn't it ?!!
