App keeps logging me out

My Fitbit App keeps logging out now and therefore is not syncing with my Fitbit until I log back in. Never used to do this

@ScotK Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Which phone are you using? Which OS is it running? Try restarting your phone and make sure it has enough internal storage space. If you are an iOS user then please be aware that there is an issue currently under investigation. You can read more about it here.

Im having same issue, had it with android 6.0 and now with 7.0. im using charge 2. phone Huawei Honor 8 with loads of space.

My Fitbit app keeps logging me out. Sometimes it just blanks out when I use the app. This never used to happen before. It is very annoying

Same here. iPhone 6plus. Always worked until last iOS update. It logs me out every couple of days. Very frustrating. A solution will be much appreciated.

This has been awful over two months now. What is going on? Hate the idea of logging off and in and after 3 years now. And some days can't be bothered to wear it. This is kinda sad. 

Please fix fix this glitch.

Couldn't agree more. Very frustrating to have to keep logging in and it hasn't improved at all. Come on Fitbit- get your act together or you will lose customers

I also have the Iphone 6se and the charger 2. Today, is the first time my app has logged me out.  When I tried to log back in, it wouldn't let me use my email address.  HELP please

Happening to me as well. Charge HR 2. iPhone 6s Plus with 128 GB space. Very annoying to have to sync days of data when it finally logs back in. We shouldn’t have to login every day on our phones!

My fitbit app keeps logging me out and now won't let me log on with google which is how I had been logging on. It is unacceptable to have such an unreliable app. Iphone 7s (has all the latest updates).
