Badge collection not showing

I haven’t been able to see my badge collection since Sunday on either the app or dashboard. It is utterly frustrating. I did a live chat and was told it would need to go to a higher support but have heard nothing back. I’ve tried every possible action, deleting app, etc etc. Nothing helps. I’m at the stage of deleting the account but I don’t want to lose all my data. I can see all my friends badges and they can see mine.

I have tried that numerous times. It happened after the last update and says it’s an internal server error.

Language is English, version 3.28 IPhone XR 13.6.1

The language is English for Fitbit.

Tried that several times, also even un installed app and Reinstalled app, still having issues

My badge collection disappeared a couple of days ago 8/17/2020.  The badge tile shows my top steps badge, but when I click on it none of my other badges show up.  Used to show the whole collection before, now it's all blank.  I too tried everything to reset things to no avail.  I trust that someone is fixing this error.

I am having the same problem, none of my badges have updated since 15th August. Disappointing as I am making a concerted effort to keep up my exercise routine I am 77 years old and the last update was a Boat Shoe, but since then I should have earned the Urban Boot twice, so where is the point in carrying on if effort is not being acknowledged?

Thanks. We originally just had the app on our phones to count some steps. Was working ok so I actually went out and bought a FitBit couple weeks ago, then this happened !!

I did the same originally but have had my Fitbit charge 2 for just over two years.

This situation is not very clever and I hope they provide a fix for this quickly.
