Hi everyone!
Thanks for your reports and feedback. I'm glad the battery level started updating correctly after installing the iOS App 3.54 version. This update should be available for all our members, so please install it as described in this help article. Your patience is truly appreciated, and we'll keep working to improve the overall Fitbit experience.
I'm going to close this thread from further comments. However, if you have a different question, I'd encourage you to create a new thread in the Help Forums. You can always visit the Help Site to find some troubleshooting tips.
Keep up the super stepping! 😎
Best AnswerHi @Electromanjim.
Have you tried forcing a sync? (on the Fitbit app dashboard, pull down from the top of the screen). I find that the battery indicator in the app can be slow to update, but for me forcing a sync usually fixes it.
I restarted my iPhone which corrected it
Best AnswerThank you for the reply also tried this. It might just be mine or something cached in my iOS. But I have deleted cache app and reinstalled with same outcome.
thanks again for your input.
Yeah it's a strange one. Hopefully a Fitbit phone app update will fix it for you as you suggest. I have seen a few complaints about sync issues recently (although it seemed to be more Android users), perhaps this is also linked with that and the app version in question.
Recently the Fitbit app on my iPhone no longer correctly tracks the charge percentage of my Fitbit Charge 4. I have to kill the app and re-open it for the charge percentage to be correctly reported. Have others experienced this problem? It appears to be rather recent, the past week or so.

@EtheP Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message and information.
I'd like to have a closer look at this, to avoid misunderstandings could you please answer these questions?
The charge percentage that your are talking about is the one, as small banner in the dashboard in the app or on the information besides the Charge 4 when you tapp on your profile picture?
have you tried swiping the site down to reload it?
Could you please let me know what iPhone are you using and the OS version it has installed?
Could you attach a screenshot on your reply?
See you around.

It's the small percentage to the upper right that you see when you pull down the screen to sync. And no, syncing doesn't refresh it. You have to close the app, remove it from memory, and relaunch to get the percent to update.
I have the same problem. When I sync my Fitbit the %charge is on right hand side and it is showing 63% for last 2 days. How do I resolve this. I charged my Fitbit this morning and Fitbit itself showed 83% but app still shows 63%.
I have Fitbit app 3.52.1 (1084) on iOS 15.2 which displays power level of my Sense 44.128.6.12 at top of screen. This does not update though after sync and only shows correct power level after closing app and restarting.
I have the same problem…
i am sure that Fitbit will fix it soon

@EtheP @HIru , Nice to see you back. Thank you for your message and further information.
Could any of you attach a picture, where the (%) is not shown, so that I can inform our Team and they have a clear view of what you see on your app.
I appreciate your help.
Thank you

I don't think a picture will do much good, but here it is. The % displays but just never updates until you close the app, remove it from memory, and then re-open it.

Hi. On my iPhone XS (IOS 15.2) my new charge 5 won’t synchronise the correct battery level (all other data seem to synchronise well). I have deleted the new charge 5 from my account; deleted the app from my iPhone, restarted my iPhone, reinstalled the app, added the charge 5, synchronised several times but no effect. Anyone has an idea? Thanks. Hans
