Ever since last update Fitbit charge 3 stopped syncing to my iPad. Switched to my iPhone, now it doesn't sync to that either. Turned both devices on and off as well as the Bluetooth and still does nothing. Not at all impressed anymore. Maybe I'll just buy a timex, they still make those right?

Nothing so far—- today I deleted app, turned phone on and off, turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted Fitbit 2x, and tried to reinstall the charge 3 but I worry about the final removing it! Really considering an Apple Watch like another here.

Hi, I haven't been able to sync my charge 3 to my iphone and I went through all these steps and nothing has worked. I did try the last step (to forget the device under bluetooth settings), but my iphone is unable to find my charge 3 to pair the device again. I am able to use my iphone's bluetooth to connect to other devices- it's just my charge 3 that won't sync and I just bought it in January this year. What should I do now?

I’ve finally given up on Fitbit helping (maybe they’re more interested in selling out to Google/alphabet?). I bought a wahoo heart rate monitor, other have also considered switching. Big disappointment, both in the charge 3 and the company. Mine syncs eventually, but other unexplained issues arise from time to time....

I have not received a reply from Fitbit regarding this issue. I’ve gone through the steps daily for 4 days but today only did I delete the app, rebooted my router, and told Bluetooth to forget the device. Finally it synced when I reinstalled app. It’s a frustrating issue.

Very frustrating!! My iPhone X won’t sync no matter what I do 😡. Apple Watch is looking better and better now.

I was able to get yesterday and today’s steps, activity, etc sync’ed by logging off the Fitbit app on my iPhone and iPad and log in on my husbands iPhone (he hasn’t updated to IOS 13.4.1). After I logged his Fitbit profile off and entered mine, the fitbit app updated my account on his iPhone. I then logged off his phone, logged back in on my iPhone and the app showed updated results then promptly lost my charge 3 again, not connected. I saw this fix on another site and it will work until you get up and start walking again. Very frustrating, guess hubby will have to loan me his phone until they get the glitch fixed.

Based on how many customers are having the same issues here and NOTHING is being done about it, it is obvious nothing is going to be done about it. I see a lot of people like myself who bought the product in good faith only to have it wind up a $150 paper weight in a night stand drawer. Very sad a company treats its customers this way. Maybe I can give mine away on market place and go buy an apple watch -- more expensive, but at least they stand behind their product and help you get it to work.

It's frustrating. Isn't it? n the end, if I have to choose between Fitbit and my iphone, I will of course keep my iphone. There are other fitness apps...... I don't quite undertand why Fitbit support has been so unhelpful. At this point, they have to know that this is an issue. They could at least acknowledge that there is a problem and tell us that they are working on a fix. When I purchased my first Fitbit Charge, the service and support was excellent. That's why I felt so comfortable purchasing another one.

yes--they imply you can get honest tech support here but that is clearly not the case. I am with others in saying I am not getting rid of my iPhone--x max by the way--that works awesome with ALL the many Bluetooth items it pairs to. I like the charge 3 for its size and style and bought many bands for it, live and learn I suppose.

I understand your concern, you can confirm the latest device's firmware version in this help article: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
The workaround was provided previously in this thread and I just wanted to clarify the troubleshooting instructions suggested by our engineering team in order to resolve this issue:
1. Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
2. Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
3. Press Forget this device.
4. Re-open the Fitbit app and re-bond your device.

Still not syncing. Now app has frozen after stating it found my tracker. It has been 1 hour so far!

and the Fitbit syncing through Bluetooth was successful.
I do hope that this now stays this way. If the iphone keeps syncing with the
fitbit app and adjusting my stats then all will be well.

I’ve done everything suggested but my iPhone will not sync with my Fitbit. It just stopped for no reason. I went to bed and it was fine, woke up to it not syncing. How can this be fixed?! It is less than a week old!

my charge 3 is now frozen like this for 2 days!!!!!! Help!!!
