Totally agree, moderators appear to of been very silent over the past few days. Here’s hoping that they are too busy trying to solve the problem.

Good day.

My Ionic is not tracking my bike activity....the GPS is turned on and it shows connected on my watch, but after I finish and check my app, it only shows that I had a bike ride, but there is no data.

Read thread above, doesn’t appear to be a solution as yet. Hopefully Fitbit team working on it.

For over a week now every time I sync my Fitbit HR to the IOS app it doesn’t have any data. It will show that I walked or ran for however long but won’t track calories, heart rate and distance. It says there was not enough data. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but have the same issue. All devices are up to date. Does anyone have any updates or know how to get this corrected?

Amazing Fitbit can't just say they screwed up on the update last week and tell us when the fix will be in. Horrible customer service. I'm sure Apple watch has much better customer service.

I have been a long term Fitbit user. But unless Fitbit responds soon, I'll be looking for an alternative. I've lost a week of detailed running data. I ran two races during the week. I would love to see my mile splits, but they are gone. I received verbal notifications while running (was manually tracking runs), but data was unavailable when run was completed. Friends have suggested Apple watch.

Totally agree!! My job is in the fitness industry and I use my data all the time for training so this last week of lost data is so frustrating I have been looking at.  I usually promote my Fitbit to clients and now feel utterly embarrassed to do so! Will definitely be Suggesting  other  options for fitness trackers from today onwards!

How can we revert to the old version of the app which correctly logs the exercise and time?

Obviously, the problem is produced by the revised code, so please 'update' the app to the prior code until the bad code is found and fixed.  It's been over a week and it's time to issue a 'fix' even if the 'fix' is the old code.

How about providing an update on this issue??

I see multiple people have reported these issues since the last iPhone update and it seems nothing is being done about it. First it was it will take 48 hours, now it’s been over a week for me. My fitbit is logging my sleep incorrectly- for example switching the AM and PM times to say I went to sleep in the morning and woke up in the evening with totally inconsistent sleep monitoring. It’s double logging my workouts hours apart, one log will have my heart rate data and the second log will have my route with no available data. According to my fitbit I took a walk at midnight last night, while I was also sleeping. Manually logged workouts show absolutely nothing. Even the days of the week I’ve exercised aren’t being counted. It said I worked out 4 days last week when I had exercise logged for 6 days. Watch notifications are also way off- I either get no text notifications or 10 in a row of the SAME thing hours apart, long after viewing the text. This is disrupting my daily life. These issues and lack of a resolve for this extended period of time are seriously making me reconsider buying any more fitbit products.

DO SOMETHING before I go out and buy a new fitness tracker. Currently mine is just a pricey watch. Unacceptable.

Hi everyone. I'm glad to see you participating in this thread. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter, as well for the screenshots provided. I understand how important is to keep tracking your exercises to check your progress toward your fitness goals. Our team has been investigating this matter and they're currently working to bring a solution to all our affected members. While there isn't a time frame for the fix, please make sure to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date. Once I have more details from them, I'll update this thread.

I appreciate your patience and I'll be here if you have another question.

Are we talking about the same problem?
You want us to keep our App up-to-date, but that is the problem. The latest update caused the problem we have.
the more users doing your latest uppdate, the more users will have problems.
You should tell the users NOT to do the update, just to avoid the problem.

Any further ideas when this will be fixed? I am still not getting proper data for my workouts, no map even though GPS is on, time is wrong and my sleep record also shows the wrong time (I do not go to sleep for the night at 4 pm EST). This is extremely frustrating as I am participating in a fitness challenge and the incorrect data makes it extremely difficult to monitor my progress. Very disappointed.

Has anyone tried starting their exercise via Fitbit watch instead of manually inputting via app? I just did this and it seems to show data but will do some more trials to see what happens.  May be a TEMPORARY way of tracking our exercise until app is fixed.

HOWEVER this does not sort the problem we are all experiencing. I’m just very frustrated that for the last week all data is corrupt! Wish I didn’t have my phone on automatic app updates 😖

I too have done all that is suggested with no luck, I’m using iPhone X with latest iOS, versa Fitbit, and I have deleted app, reinstalled, reset my phone, logged out and back in on app! Bet my heart rate is way up at the times I’ve done this 😂

I have been getting 2 entries (as others have described) when I do a GPS-mapped walk since Friday 2/27. The usual entry with the map has ONLY the map and says it has no data (i.e., steps, etc.) and an incorrect date stamp. The other entry has all the usual data -- including the heart rate data that has been missing for what, since last July? Nice to have the heartrate information back, but it would also be nice to have it synced up with the GPS/mapped walk again so there aren't 2 entries.

I am having the same 2 line issue.  In addition, if I accidentally close the app by swiping up when I have started an exercise the app will no longer respond to any touch on the dashboard except the 4 icons at the bottom.  The only way to get the app to start responding again is to delete the app and reinstall.  I don't know if these are related.

I am using an iPhone 8 with iOS 13.3.1 and FitBit app 3.15.1 (925).
