I have been experiencing this issue - same as described in the original entry as well, for the past week. The clocks get set ahead tomorrow. I can’t see how this would have any impact on the previous week. Looking for an answer or idea on how to fix it. Thanks.

This issue is now over a week old. ALL of my data going back to when I got my Fitbit is incorrect.
What are we supposed to right now. If we manually enter an activity and then have it sync to add the data, should we continue to do this? Will all of our data be corrected or is all our history corrupt to never be corrected correctly???
This is very frustrating and is making the device useless. Getting close to be. 2 week issue now too.
Thinking I will never buy a FB again or ever recommend it either.

Last week I was pleased to see that my real time heart rate showed up as a graph under my logged yoga session (after the fact) in the app. I thought that was very cool! A few days later when I went to look at the graph again, it was gone. Instead, the heart rate section was blanked out, and it said, "Not Enough Data Available." But it did show estimated number of calories burned. The next couple of yoga sessions it never even recorded a graph in the app. It just says NEDA. But again, it did show estimates of calories burned.
Today, I went into the desktop version of my dashboard and the graphs do show up! So I'm very pleased about that. I'm just curious why the data showed up initially (on the app) but then disappeared. Very odd. Is there any way to ensure it always shows up in the app?
(NOTE: I hardly EVER use my desktop)

haha that's one way to do it! I've pretty much decided to do the same thing but I think i'm going to hold out until the series 6 in September.

I’m still having this problem. Is there something that I need to do on the Fitbit? I’ve tried restarting and syncing the app with the device, there doesn’t seem to be an update required. Help!

Didn’t work. The app is buggy and needs some serious work.

I’m having the same issue. Past workouts show the heart rate data but today even after updating the app It says “not enough data available” for new tracked exercises.

I’ve been having an issue with my heart rate zones and heart rate during my workouts not showing up in the app. I can see my HR during my workout but when I go to enter the type of exercise and calories on my app, my HR data says ‘null’ or not data available’. I’ve talked to 2 customer service reps - 1 had me restart my tracker and the other was no help - told me my tracker was broken. EVERYTHING else tracks, including my heart rate all the time. On Twitter they told me they’re working on the issue but it’s been 2 weeks and no fixes have been issued. My app is also up to date. Any ideas?

When using the Fitbit iOS app to track a run, during the run the app captures mileage, splits, etc. but after completing the run doesn’t display anything except time and heart rate data. This worked fine prior to the latest iOS app update, I’m assuming the update introduced a new bug.

Having the same issue however is showing I went for walk on Sunday 8th March at 21.09. But walk was on Monday 9th at around 7:25am. Shows my walk
on the map but kJ, heartbeat, pace states not enough data even though it is logged! About to check if changing my time zone saving and changing nasc works. I’m in Australia Victoria so is aest.

So Fitbit Community, I went for a walk today and when I looked at my stats, under the heart rate it says "not enough data available". If I look at the heart rate specifically, there is data. So why would it not show up?

What is strange is when I track my walk via my watch using gps on the phone all the data is there. When I use the app to track (I actually start the tracking using the “play” button so I can listen to tunes via the app) it doesn’t have the graph data. I actually had to uninstall and reinstall to get the maps to display. Weird app this Fitbit for IPhone.
